El escarabeo Hpr (Jeper)L1 es un amuleto en forma de escarabajo pelotero (Scarabaeus Sacer) , que establece un paralelismo entre la resurreción y la salida del sol. Si era utilizado durante la vida de quien lo portaba, proporcionaba contra el mal, visible o invisible, dando diariamente a su dueño fuerza y poder, Si era depositado en la momia, daba a esta, la posibilidad de resucitar y la garantía del paso al Más Allá.
The scarab Hpr is an amulet in the shape of a scarab, (Scarabaeus saber) that establishes a parallelism between the resurrection and the sunrise. If it was used during the life of the one who carried it, it provided against evil, visible or invisible, giving its owner daily strength and power, IF it was deposited in the mummy, it gave it, the possibility of resurrecting and the guarantee of the passage to the Afterlife.
